MicroCrop
Sustainable Agriculture Solution
The MicroCrop project addresses soil issues using microbial remediation. Leveraging China’s agricultural industry, seedling supply chain, and local urban structure, the product transforms pig waste, especially pigskin and meat bones, into seedling pots with beneficial microbes. These restore soil health and reduce reliance on chemical fertilizers. The symbiotic relationship between microbes and pig waste provides plants with essential nutrients. This sustainable and inclusive design enables farmers to easily participate in soil restoration and environmental management, promoting eco-friendly and efficient agricultural practices.
Agriculture is the guarantor of the future. The more it develops and diversifies, the more hope there is for life. MicroCrop has the potential to reduce dependency on chemical fertilizers and pesticides, increase the efficient reuse of waste resources, and improve crop productivity. This project captures the essence of sustainable development.
