The negative impact humans have on the marine environment is great and varied. The most serious influence is the decomposition of plastic waste resulting in microplastic pollution. This product has the potential to greatly reduce the problem by filtering domestic gray water before its discharge into the sea. With primary filtering at home and secondary filtering at the sewer, the emission of microplastics can be completely prevented.
This system addresses the problem of microplastic pollution at its source. A large quantity of plastics goes directly into the sea from our homes. Stopping the discharge of microplastics at source is far more efficient than trying to remove them from the ocean.
