Microsoft: Pride for each other

Campaign

Microsoft Corporation

Recently anti-LGBTQIA+ rhetoric and legislation has surged, and mutual support is more essential than ever. This year, LGBTQIA+ people at Microsoft underscored Pride isn’t just about showing up for ourselves—it’s about showing up for each other. Our “Pride for each other” campaign invited everyone to forge bonds of friendship, affection, and allyship, our greatest strength. Design reflected that, representing 73 LGBTQIA+ flags blending in harmony. The campaign showed up on Microsoft platforms and products, empowering the community to encourage, uplift, and care for one another—rallying support across 95 markets and 2.4M organic impressions.
