Touch-Screen

Microsoft Deutschland GmbH

stereolize was commissioned with the creation, design and technical implementation of the presentation content in the so-called “cinema” on the Microsoft booth. Inspired by the user interface of “Windows Phone 7”, we came up with the idea of the presentation display resembling a window into an endless space of information: the window into the “cloud”. The giant cinema screen symbolized the window into the cloud and served at the same time as the touch screen. Design and functionalities of the Windows Phone 7 were taken up and adapted. Look and feel as well as usability of the Windows Phone 7 could be experienced in the cinema.

iF Gold Statement

A big screen becomes a touch display: this unique idea to use the cinema as a user interface was convincing enough for an iF gold award. The usability of the Windows Phone 7 was impressively demonstrated with excellent functionality in the visual design and technical implementation for the Microsoft exhibition stand. Look and feel on the big screen – an outstanding concept
