MINGLING SPACE

Office design

“MINGLING SPACE” is the title given to the office complex at 'Woowa Brothers', where people eat, chat and work together. The office was designed with two main goals: use the narrow space of 16 floors, not enough for 500+ people, more effectively; and to facilitate individual staff members mingling and chatting with each other more often. While reducing the private space for fixed seats, they added more mingling space to encourage interaction. Large tables, pantry bars and other common areas on each floor help create a more free and lively environment. This allows people to chat and exchange ideas freely, and increases the motivation for innovation.
