Mingo is a suite of robot hospitality systems designed for hotels. Robots in Mingo systems can orient themselves, move freely, bypass obstacles nimbly, follow the best path to the destination, and self-charge when on standby. The robots can be embedded into hotel facility systems, which enable them to interact with elevators, phone systems, radio systems, access control systems and other hotel facilities. For example, Mingo robots can guide guests to their rooms and make room deliveries.
