Minimalistic Villa in UAE

For this two-story villa, the designers needed to solve three design challenges: to create a perfect microclimate; to preserve spaciousness; and to use responsibly manufactured products. Climate control and AC utilities cool the interior, while the terrace garden with an auto watering system refreshes the exterior and creates an oasis in a hot desert climate. The designers chose bespoke low-profile furniture and architectural lighting to give the home a sense of coziness without clutter. Its distinctive feature is the use of all-natural finishing, sustainable materials, and smart utility solutions to design a stunning functional home with a reduced environmental footprint.
