Unidad de inspección óptica

Laetus GmbH

MiraLux, la unidad de inspección óptica con cámara megapíxel integrada e iluminación LED, se utiliza en máquinas de envasado de productos farmacéuticos. El sistema está pensado para la inspección en color real de comprimidos en blísteres. La carcasa superior soporta la cámara y la iluminación, mientras que la inferior está diseñada como protección contra la luz. Con el nuevo diseño, los paneles laterales se pliegan para agilizar los cambios, mientras que los frontales facilitan el acceso. El reto era encontrar nuevas soluciones de diseño y reflejar características del sistema como la velocidad, la calidad y la fiabilidad.
