IV Stand
IV stands are used in hospitals, but they are usually heavy and difficult to move around. The 'Mobile IV Care' unit is a concept design to solve the problems of conventional IV stands. Mobile IV Care is based on ergonomics. The unit can be put on the shoulder to provide more comfort for patients when moving around. When the patient is lying on the bed, they can easily fix the unit to the bed. 'Mobile IV Care' is a new concept designed to solve a variety of problems patients encounter with IV stands.
This Mobile IV Concept seems to solve all the problems of the traditional IV stand. Giving the patient total freedom of movement and more security and comfort. Also, the stigmatising old-fashioned IV stand esthetics are replaced by a smooth sportive design. The concept is well-thought out in each detail and very well-presented.
WINNER STATEMENTIt is a very great honor to receive the iF STUDENT DESIGN AWARD 2016. I will continue to put all my passion and effort into research and design. Also, I will keep trying my best to further my skills as a designer. You will see me again with even better ideas and products.
