Washing at the bedside
It is our goal to improve hygiene at the bedside in hospitals and care homes for nurses as well as for patients. Washbowls have been used for washing for thousands of years and are still used today. We have accepted the challenge of transferring this approach to the 21st century by trying to improve hygiene and the effectiveness of washing at the bedside. We achieved this goal by designing a mobile sink unit containing all the sanitary products a nurse requires for 5 patients in one work shift.

From process, logistic and user behavior, the designer has all well-organized with right technology. It's a great work not only at design level but also delivering the social care of helping people at what matter most to them."
