The reuse rate of traditional construction site offices in Korea is zero, as they are demolished after an average of two years. These container-like offices, built using traditional construction methods, are exploited for a period much shorter than the lifespan of their materials, resulting in significant inefficiencies. In addition to discarding entire structures, there is a growing need to address tight construction schedules, poor working conditions, and increased safety requirements among others. Modular construction can offer new perspectives and approaches to building construction site offices.
