Mosu Hong Kong

Restaurant

Situated in M+, the brand-new museum of visual culture in Hong Kong, Mosu Hong Kong is the outpost of the 2-star Michelin restaurant Mosu Seoul. The space is defined by a programmable light installation hung from a bamboo scaffolding from the ceiling and an indoor landscape that connects the podium garden. The design ensures the integrity of Herzog & de Meuron architecture without drilling any holes into the concrete walls. Mosu Hong Kong is located at the intersection where the LED façade meets the podium landscape. The design cultivates the interior with an indoor landscape and animated digital lighting.
