The store is to bake and sell the original rich egg bread in Azabu-Juban, Tokyo. Using eggs from the Oka Chicken Farm in Tamba where chickens are raised the old-fashioned way, the egg bread of Motosue brings rich taste of egg. They carefully select their ingredients and cook and bake based on elaborate recipe in order to deliver the taste of egg to their customers.
