Cell cutting dimension diversification is an inevitable trend, resulting in a great amount of idle boxes from phase out models. A whole new design, the “movable cushion design,” can almost fit all sizes of cells by moving cushion horizontally and vertically, whereby each interval is calculated for safety. Thereby boxes can be reused over and over again, and there is no more extra tooling fee. Also the cushion can be replaced with a different expansion ratio to enhance protection. Moreover, the specific way to fix the cushion between bottom and cover not only provides support for cells but also reduces material cost.
