wheeler for children - case study The mOver simply consists of the hoop and the frame which is made of a seat and a handle bar. The wheel turns around the child as they drive the vehicle. The two parts are composed of a self-lubricating and light materials. This allows the body to guide the hoop in a slot. To move forward the child uses their legs. To change the direction the child has to lean to the right oder left side. mOver can be used for indoor and outdoor.
