A handy light employing a shape that enables it to easily be carried around. Since it can be used with either an AC adaptor or batteries, it can be used both as a room light and as a torch when carried around. Connecting the accompanying AC adaptor with batteries installed means that in the event of a blackout or should the AC adaptor be pulled out, the product automatically lights up. The product is also equipped with a sleep function; the light automatically turns off an hour after it is turned on.
