Educational tool for music

KAIST

MusicReader is an educational tool for general people and the handicapped to learn music. To learn music, they need to know how to read a music note and hear the melody of it. But it is hard for them to learn it without hearing real sound of instruments. MusicReader creates sound by reading music notes. When people drag the device on a music note, it will sound the melody on the music note. The frame is made to support dragging the device straight on a right line. While pressing the record button on the device, the melody is recorded in MusicReader. When people want to hear the melody again, they can use the device to play stored melodies.
