EXPERIENCE MATTERS. With this guiding principle in mind, the team set about completely relaunching the My AXA Mobile app. Convinced that an app should do more than “just work”, the aim of the project was not only to offer useful self-service functions and contract details, but also to evoke positive emotions through an outstanding and surprising user experience. This was achieved through thoughtful UX design, using effective UX writing and a fresh, contemporary design, garnished with fun extras such as micro-animations. The successful result is a different narrative about the somewhat dusty topic of “insurance”.
