The new Mythos Plus Hood is a true eye-catcher, whether in black or in white. The touch panel with “ghost-mode” disappears when the hood is switched off. With its three speed levels and an additional intensive level, the hood reaches a fan capacity of 810 m³/h respectively 700 m³/h. The Mythos Plus Hood has premium stainless steel filters and the newly developed easy-handling activated carbon filter, which can be easily replaced by “Plug & Play”. This hood with the purist glass front, LED bar illumination and the narrow radii fits perfectly into the Franke Mythos kitchen system, which is designed for creative performers.
