The designers created a nail clipper that prevents the over-cutting of nails. The form factor is a simple cylinder. The magnetic mechanism between the clipper edges forms a curved surface that prevents children from being injured. The cutting edge has been made large enough to place the fingertip against it. When the user's fingertip is vertically flush against the edge, the natural curve will draw a safe distance between the edge and nails, preventing any over-cutting of the nail.
