In the Neo 5-ply, four different materials in five layers are arranged in an inventive alliance for evenly spreading the heat. Bottom and body form one seamless unity guaranteeing that the heat spreads very fast from base up to the rim. Cold grip handles offer safety and comfort. The 18 / 10 stainless steel cover seals the pot, preventing the natural moisture and juices from the ingredients to escape. A steam valve announces when theres too much heat in the pot and make sure the ingredients are not overcooked. The combination of the five layers, the cover that seals the pot and steam valve makes the Neo 5-ply perfectly suited for healthy cooking.
