Nescafé Tainan Drip Packaging

Portable drip coffee kit

Nestlé Taiwan

The collaboration between Nestlé and NCKU in this project guided by sustainability 5R framework. In various aspects of packaging, sustainability has been implemented. At the material level, efforts have been made to enhance the recyclability of food packaging. The cultural patterns in the design promote the sustainable transmission of heritage across generations. Through design workshops, an innovative process for filter drip coffee has been introduced, replacing disposable drip bags with metal filter. This not only enriches the pour-over coffee experience but also advances sustainable practices by promoting recycling and reusability.
