It aims to form a creative and challenge-focused corporate culture and discover growth engines for LINE by providing opportunities for employees to freely express and boldly try out ideas without limits. The quality of the contest increases with higher levels of interest and participation. Therefore, the key point was to stimulate the employees’ interest and get them to participate intuitively conveying the features and message of the contest through graphics.
