Nikon 1 system is a new system consisting of the compact and lightweight V1, J1 and J2 advanced cameras with interchangeable lenses, dedicated lenses, Speedlight, GPS unit, camera grip and cases. In addition to basic photography and movie recording, the system offers new forms of capturing images. Motion Snapshot combines a Full HD movie and still image, and Smart Photo Selector makes capturing the perfect shot easy. The cameras feature minimalistic design and are available in a variety of colors. Their design was also adopted for other system components for a sense of continuity suited to these next-generation imaging devices.
