The No Trans Pot is intended for health-conscious people who dont want to give up instant noodles, but have concerns about the amount of fat they contain (instant noodles in Asia are made by frying in fat). Both of the pots compartments are filled with water; the soup is placed in one, the noodles in the other. Once the fat has been cooked out of the noodles, they are strained through the pots inbuilt sieve. The fat remains in the original compartment, and is not transmitted to the soup.
