nodate is a tiny restaurant/ bar located in Nagoya, Japan. Inspired by space structures and ingenuities of “Machiya” Japan’s traditional architectural style, the space displays modern solutions. It stimulates your senses of taste, smell, touch, and warmth to maximize your dining experience outside of daily life. Materials, lighting, visibility and invisibility with its simple floor plan made the space to feel changes of seasons. Adding to its regular restaurant and take-away business, nodate functictions as an OEM / EC food manufacturer as well.
