“Nokia Wunschzettel TV” (Nokia Wish List TV) is an innovative Web TV format that combines entertainment with product placement. It also provides greater values – for instance special offers, vivid explanations of services as well as free downloads. The task was to increase the Christmas sales and strengthen the brand awareness of Nokia in terms of its Social Media strategy. In eleven subsequent sales shows, anchorman Nils Bomhoff, known from the German TV gaming station GIGA, presents various gift ideas of the product world of Nokia. Every show focuses on a special lifestyle theme such as music, fashion or gaming centered on current user interests.
