NRMA Insurance Rebrand

NRMA Insurance is one of Australia's oldest insurance brands, with a rich legacy of helping Australians protect their homes, cars and businesses. But with increasing competition from value-based players, and huge cost of living pressures, NRMA Insurance needed to do something that would break them free of the category and drive a full-business transformation. After defining NRMA Insurance's brand strategy around the North Star of ‘HELP’, in 2024 we took this concept one step further by placing HELP right at the heart of business transformation, relaunching NRMA Insurance as A Help Company.
