The focus when developing the NUK Nature Sense was on creating an experience in bottle feeding, which is as close to nature as never before. Breastfeeding rates drop rapidly after four months due to everyday life’s challenges. The Nature Sense imitates a mother’s breast better than ever before. The concept is based on medical research results from 2014 saying that every nipple has 3.90 milk duct orifices on average. The particularly thin and soft tip adapts to the mouth in a way similar to a nipple and releases milk through multiple angled, cap-sealed holes. Babies can latch on the extremely wide and flexible silicone lip rest comfortably and safely.
