A ceramic non-stick coating, without harmful chemicals like PFOAs and PTFEs, ensures safe, healthy cooking. It's compatible with all cooktops and is oven-safe up to 250°C. The inner bottom of the pan has a concave design which helps to pool oil in the center, eliminating the risk of dry heating and damaging the coating.
