This is a rescue device for emergency situations at sea. Shipwreck survivors at sea require fresh water in order to survive. Ocean Rescue provides distilled water to victims helping them to survive until they are rescued. Location information is important so the survivors can be rescued quickly. Ocean Rescue reports its position by emitting a light at night and coloured smoke during the day. Location information would be transmitted from the moment it comes into operation.
