Resectoscope
Resectoscopes are used for endoscopic, urological prostate treatment. The OES Pro 2 comprises five basic snap-fit modules, which can be easily taken apart and reassembled in different variations. The modules are retro-compatible, from the 1994 instrument generation (!) to the most recent one, introduced in 2000. The unique handling is based on an ergonomic, bruise-free thumb ring for holding and controlling the instrument. That is why another first in this market the ring is available in two sizes. The gripping elements have been optimised to avoid finger wedging between shaft and grips. All modules are now click connected (plug-in connection system). The look of the product meets the companys corporate product design specifications for all instruments (around 500).
