Okina cutlery is the physical embodiment of Yin and Yang, light and dark. Two contrasting knife designs are unified in one set; the Orient inspired the curved knives, and the minimalist straight knives are European. Okina allows restaurants to change the table setting aesthetic for lunch and dinner services by switching knife designs while using the same forks and spoons. The same applies to domestic use: the user determines the look of the table setting.
