We planned an eight-story company dormitory in Kawaguchi City, with a hybrid structure of wood and reinforced concrete, with mid-story seismic isolation.The proposal envisages incorporating wood construction in parts of a building that would normally be planned for steel frame or reinforced concrete construction, resulting in a simple and rational urban wooden building.
