Kashiwa Sato led this branding project to help the Hong Kong chain - which serves Omusubi made with Japanese rice - to expand globally, overseeing every aspect: the naming, logo, packaging, and the interior space. The interior branding was chosen to evoke the concepts of rice and Japan. Taking inspiration from the white color of cooked rice, the golden hues of rice plants at harvest time and the natural wood of the container for cooked rice, a simple construction was realized that incorporates these elements through a white dividing curtain, brass and natural wood. The brand identity of this space is completed by the red, triangular logo.
