Office Renovation

Client has offices on second floor of two buildings across avenue crowded with workers, visitors, and tourists near Tokyo station. Because office was traditional window blinds closed before renovation, it was closed environment for both employees and outside. To solve problems, we came up with Open the Blinds concept to create showcase of open workplace which adds new view, color, and value of Connection and Communication between employees and city. We designed as pseudo one-floor building that visually connects two buildings on second floor, and it creates better cityscape view from outside as well as enhance communication among employees.
