OptiLift® offers effortless can opening. A finger well underneath the tab enables an easy positioning of the finger, improves the grip and lifting of the tab and encourages the consumer to intuitive right opening. A flex panel does the trick: it is convex during seaming and becomes concave after sterilization due to the creation of a vacuum. Concavity is reached automatically without the need for mechanical manipulation. Available in all known diameters, OptiLift® offers a common lid and tab design. Material savings of up to 10% contribute to sustainable packaging development. Steel for packaging is 100% recyclable, again and again.
