The Organoid platform technology enables the fast and easy production of double bended elements in various sizes and wall thicknesses for lots of applications – e.g. trade-fair stands or store constructions, nonbearing fronts or self-supporting free-form roofing. Basic material for the biodegradable composites is a variety of organic fibers, e.g. timber, nettle, sugar cane and many more. Those fibers are compound with a nontoxic and nonhazardous binder and sprayed on an inflatable user-defined form. Vacuum technic compresses and hardens the shape to its final dimensions. The surface can remain natural or be covered with any other surface.
