The new otelo app offers what you really need. On just two neatly arranged screens. It allows customers to check their status at a glance and change their rate options with a simple swipe. Bills land straight in their e-mail inboxes. Questions are answered by a contextual FAQ that follows the user. And those who want to cancel their contracts can do so – with just one click!
