In terms of the unique Oriental value system, one’s own character, inner status, emotional tendency, health, intelligence, even life-long fate progress can be read from his / her palms though “Phase” decoded from palm print places Eastern into a clinging misconception to self-cognition or future plan. The verse, “Where all the phases are all false”, from Buddhist Diamond Sutra reminds people not to cling to every earthly phase in order to get rid of suffering and acquire authentic wisdom. The symbol “÷” on screen is my understanding to life’s philosophy. The upper dot means “tear”; central line represents “wound”; lower dot means “blood”.
