Robot

Flower Robotics, Inc.

This mannequin robot has sensors to detect people around it and can assume a variety of poses depending on the situation. It can be programmed to remember dozens of poses using special “motion design software” which allows the user to design poses. When the mannequin detects potential customers, it initially assumes poses at random from those it has stored in memory – presenting the garments from a variety of angles and aspects. The mannequin's “intelligent system” accumulates data on customer reactions to its poses. It learns from that data and uses it when choosing which poses to assume in the performance it gives to subsequent customers.
