Audio player

Panasonic

SD card audio player with high sound quality. Supports multiple files formats including AAC, WMA, and MP3. Also comes with a built-in FM tuner and IC. A key design feature is the player’s organic EL elegantly emerging from the half mirror, giving it a futuristic look. Overall the design is simple, consisting of a display block and button block. A seamless design of the button block was achieved by coating the block with two materials, ABS and elastomer. Major design specifications were that the device was to be small and lightweight, allow about 500 pieces of music to be enjoyed with a 1-GB SD card, and allow for recordings from CDs, MDs, tapes, and radio to SD to be made without the use of a PC by linking the SD player to our SD mini-component stereo.
