Papago Web is a service by NAVER, where translation features and a translation improvement community are available. A friendly and smart image of a Papago parrot and the simple yet colorful design have resulted in a very user-friendly service. Unlike other translation websites, Papago provides optimized readability, taking into consideration the users’ devices and the amount of information entered. The input information is shown with font size from level 4 to 6. The translation improvement community page uses “gamification” (level system, reward system, character animations) to let the users have fun while improving the translations.
