This packaging concept protects without using foam for buffering and shock absorption. Instead, a paper spring is used inside the box. The spring expands in accordance with the size of the product and holds it tightly in place to keep it from moving in the box. The box and the paper spring absorb any shock from the outside, ensuring that the product isn't damaged. It is useful for small and fragile products such as porcelain cups and teapots. The same sized box can be used for cups and teapots of different shapes and sizes. This paper spring box is made by simpling folding paper, and it eliminates the need for adhesive and can easily be recycled.
