Social Entrepreneurship as a Path Towards Peace

Pazificar is a social entrepreneurship training program designed to bring together founders who are victims of the armed conflict, ex-combatants, community leaders from regions affected by the armed conflict, and other enterprising individuals working to use social enterprise as a tool to reconstruct the social fabric of the country. This inclusive educational space of economic participation for individuals affected by internal conflict in Colombia helps strengthen social enterprises and better position their founders to put those enterprises to work as vehicles for social transformation, reintegration, and peace.
