The most celebrated Korean national holiday after the New Year, Thanksgiving, is represented by an ethnic rice cake with various fillings inside, called ”Songpyeon”. Any Korean will easily picture a large family gathered around to make Songpyeons on Thanksgiving eve. PEACOCK Songpyeon package captures this essence of warmth with traditional textile spread out in the background. Individual rice cakes are lined up in a rhythmic manner, finishing up with the presence of raw ingredient that goes inside.
