The designers intended to convey modern simplicity by dispensing with frames, instead using pressed felt fabric to create a cone. This house is light but also durable. It is also a DIY product, so users can easily assemble the entire structure, first by forming the felt fabric into a cone, then lacing up the ends with leather straps, just as you would a pair of running shoes. Installing the wooden cap and cushion pad takes just a few minutes.
