The device is used with an endoscope camera to visualize anatomy, cut, irrigate, and remove sinus tissue/bone/debris fast via an internal suction tube. Pello prioritizes control, access, ergonomics and comfort validated by extensive usability evaluations with leading surgeons making it exceptional for sinus surgery. Powered by the CORE 2 console, Pellos logical geometry and thankfully familiar and intuitive design offers an optimal user experience with fewer blockages.
