Signage

For the exhibition “PERGAMON, panorama of the Ancient Metropolis”, a temporary building with rotunda, stacked containers and steel structures was erected in the forecourt of the Pergamon Museum. The information design follows the rough character of the temporary structure. Way finding elements directly applied to container walls guide visitors to the services and into the exhibition. Moveable displays equipped with red round shaped signs add to the signage system. Large scale typography supports visibility and fits the character of the industrial architecture. Overall, the exhibition graphics excitingly match the varying spatial conditions.
