NGO Brand Identity

Perifa Connection was born in Rio de Janeiro, with a brand rooted in the aesthetics and narratives of its local favelas. As the institution matured and expanded nationally, it needed an identity capable of representing the diversity of Brazil’s peripheral territories—urban favelas, quilombola communities, ribeirinhos, Indigenous peoples, and rural peripheries. The new strategy fuses Adinkra symbols, Indigenous patterns, and a living, adaptable logo system, giving the Perifa clarity, inclusivity, and national presence while strengthening its mission of narrative transformation.
